I don't believe this is 500hp not one bit. I own a 2021 RXTX and find that even a stage 3 kit will not get you to the point where your adding an extra 200hp. It this was 500hp you'd do 100mph.

That diesel engine is a Perkins 354 5.9. I had one on a similar boat in a trawler config with 5000 hours.. They are Agriculture/tractor engines that are "marinized". I'd bet you anything it'll start.
